Okay, I know what I said yesterday, but this was just too good to not pass along.

The response I received from Starbucks Customer Care:

That is crazy. You send them a comment complaining about the way the store closing was handled and they don't even have the common sense to do something different than a reply that is just a 'handle all problem' reply with an "insert store here" slot??

I let Ash read both your comment and the reply and the look on her face when she saw that they sent you coupons for the Paris store...

She was also surprised you said "rat's ass". :)
